So traveling and studying and home improvement. We are currently accessing our house via a ladder out our family room window. (Yes, photos to follow.) Life is crazy, so we decided a little break was in order. The zoo is always a good mini break for us. We all enjoy it!
The new penguin exhibit is open and they put on a good show!
John Henry was terribly perplexed by the birdies who flew under water. He watched them for 15 minutes or longer.
He is particularly fond of the Daddy ride they sometimes have at the zoo!
All day the animals were active and moving about. They must have been as excited about the 75 degree weather as we were!
Then the next day we took the pups to the park, as they have been feeling a bit cooped up as-of-late, and they both had "appointments" the next day. Logan didn't fare too badly, we took him in to get his bordetella updated and he didn't even have to have a shot, they put it up his nose. He didn't mind a bit.
Magggie on the other hand, my fluffy, curly, crazy girl. . .
Well, her number came up, so to speak. . . .
Link decided that for the first time ever Maggie needed a professional hair cut. Yes, she looks very good, and is all ready for doggie enlistment. Lucky for her, the only doggie war is against the crows and squirrels who dare venture into the back yard!

I'm glad it's you going up ladders and through windows. JH lookin darling. Logan looks like Popeye in that photo, and Maggie is very sophisticated.
