Fair Family Fun

Lincoln and I were raised in a rural area, and while we like living in the city (well, I do more so than Link) we really appreciate and enjoy the rural way of life. We love state and county fairs for this reason. If you can't live in the country, well, at least you can visit it all in one place once or twice per year. It was fun to take John Henry to his first fairs. He really liked it the second time. The first time was too overwhelming.

His favorite part was the funnel cake! This kid LOVES food!

There were a lot of animals to look at, but here we actually got to pet them. John Henry adores soft things, so he was entranced. Here we are petting a baby bunny.

Petting the sheep (Mama loves sheep!)

Trying to catch up to the sneaky goat who was too fast for little hands and feet! We finally got to pet him for just a second.
