Daddy Time

When our garage door opens, John Henry know one of his favorite times of day is about to begin. His face lights up and he starts calling out Dada, Dada, Dada! You've never seen a kid go down the stairs so fast and he is there waiting when Lincoln opens the door to come inside. They take the dogs outside and then come up for dinner.
After dinner John Henry knows it's Daddy Time! He loves Lincoln to give him a bath (lost of splashing and playing) then get him dressed and read some of his favorite books before he has his bedtime milk while snuggling with Daddy.

He happily waves goodnight to me as I go downstairs to tidy up. No need for Mama during Daddy time!

Here they are reading one of John Henry's favorite books, If You Were My Bunny.

What a happy duo! Isn't watching Lincoln as a dad the best? It just melts my hear to watch JJ with Nyla and it sounds a lot like daddy time at your house!

They are both precious. Those are really sweet pictures. Thanks!
